My name is Tilman Tamang. I was born in Rubyvalley – 6, TirDhading, Nepal. I was grew up in big the Buddhist family. We are 5 brothers and 4 sisters.

I received Jesus as my Lord and Savior in my school time when I was 15 yrs old. My brother and brother In-law was pastor at the church where I lived and studied my school education. During that time I heard about Jesus as they had bible study. Finally I came to know that Jesus died for my sin to be forgiven and give me the eternal life. So I decided to receive Jesus as my personal Lord and Savior of my life.

After I receive Jesus as my personal Lord and Savior I grew up in the Lord and studied the bible more. Then I been to 3 months’ leadership training in Kathmandu.

Now, my heart for the Lord is I want to spread the gospel of Jesus among the societies where Jesus need to be preached and tell them about Jesus Christ. Also I want to train the believers from the word of God.

When I have heard about JSN Bible School from my brother Pastor Nar BahadurTamang who had been pasturing at Salenter village. Not only that I had been seeing the JSN classes and the way JSN is reaching in the unreached villages with the good news of Jesus Christ. That really impressed me and such a program is very needful in my area and for my people.

As I am come from very remote area of Nepal, we don’t have good transportation and enough money to go in the city and get the training from the word of God. Because of all this situation I am so happy as JSN has brought such program in our own place where we can get wonderful training without any travelling cost and time.
I am so exciting about this Bible School program to be started and equip our people in the Lord from the word of God and sending them in the unreached people group in the surrounding areas of my village. Thank you .
