My name is Dev Raj Acharaya. I am 38 years old. I was born is Hindu priest family in Jumla which is very backward in Nepal.  From my childhood I was devoted and used to go to temples and worship idols and hindu goddesses.My father passed away when I was child. After that my mother taught me to be more devoted. When I was 24 years old, an evil spirit attacked our family very badly. So, I started searching for a way for deliverance and at that very time came a pastor in my village and shared about Jesus Christ and there was a Christian in my village too.So, a Christin in my village shared with me so many things and prayed for my mother and aunty. When I saw that they  were delivered after praying in the name of Jesus which witch doctors and priests could not heal,I believed in Jesus. After that I wanted to know more about Jesus so I went to Bible training in 2010. After that I got a burden to share and teach the things that I have learnt to  my people in my village. So, I started to preach and share the word of God in my village and planted a church in my village. 

Since then I am continually serving the Lord and spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ in surrounding villages and districts and even started churches in six more places beside the church where I am serving as pastor. I want to train and equip more people for the work of the Lord but many are not able to leave their house and go to the bible college. So I want to have this video Bible class and provide training to our people back at their home. Praise the Lord.
