My name is Nanda Bahadur Biswakarma. I was born and living in Karnali province Mugu District Khatyad rural municipality ward no.4. I was born in a Hindu family and now I am 29 years old. I had a big family with 13 members. My father was a witch doctor. When I was still a child, within two years 11 members of my family including father and mother passed away and only me and my brother left as orphans. We suffered a lot without food and clothes for many times. Sometimes we used to go to my uncle ‘s house and time to my maternal uncle’s house. 

Later I started work in one of the teacher houses in the village and for our survival and even started to go school too. One day as we were going to school, two ladies gave us a booklet and told us to read. As I read that, one word really attracted my attention which was “those trust in the Lord will lack nothing.”I started to study more about this book and came to know that Jesus is a healer and if we believe in Jesus evil spirit cannot harm so and so.  

As time passed by, I grew up and I married and my wife became sick. She went through medication and so did my things but no improvement. At last a pastor came and prayed for her and she was healed and after one year new born daughter became sick. Again medication did not work, but prayer in the name of Jesus worked and finally all my family accepted Jesus Christ. Now we are living in peace and joyfully living in the Lord and there is a church in my village and I am also serving as one of the leaders. I want to make this Jesus known to many people. Thanks.
