My name is Amar Sapkota.. I was born into a Hindu family. I had been following the ways of Hinduism to get peace in my heart. But there was no peace at all in my heart even though I had been practicing the rituals of Hinduism. 

One day my mother got sick and we took her to many witchcraft doctors to be cured of my mother’s sickness. None of them were able to take care of me but my mother became worse because of her sickness. 

Then I decided to go to Church and pray for my Mom. When we took our Mom to Church and asked the pastor to pray for my Mom she healed from the sickness. Then the whole family decided to believe in Jesus and we accept Jesus as our personal Lord and Savior of our life. 

After that, I decided to believe in Jesus. I grew in the Lord by reading from the bible and led many people in Christ and made them the disciple of Jesus Christ. Right now I am serving as a founder pastor at Shikhar Jagriti Church, melamchi Sindhupalchok among 60 members.
