My name is Be LAMA TAMANG. I was born in Dhading District. It is located in the center-north part of Nepal, born in a Buddhist family. I trained under Buddhist rituals and practices because my parents are strong in the Buddhist faith.

When I was searching for peace in my heart but I did not find it. I used to go to Monastery and worshiped Lord Buddha every morning for peace and prosperity in my life. But I did not have peace in my heart and I decided to say life is nothing. I was really searching for peace in the world.

One day my uncle pastor Prem Bdr. Tamang, a TTC alumni 9th came to the village and met me and introduced me to that way of peace in Christ Jesus alone in the world. He went from the village and one day I met one fellow on the way. He told me that Jesus Christ is our savior. He refuses because he wants to give peace in your life. I did not listen to what he said. Finally, he gave me a Christian tract that is all about Jesus and sin. I read it many times and after one year I decided to go to church. I went to church regularly and I accepted Christ as my savior.

My parents were not happy with me for my newfound faith in Christ. They told me many bad things and told me that if I do not stop going to church I’m no longer their son and not allowed to stay at home. They are angry with me and beaten and hurt me many times. But I did not leave Christ because I have decided to follow Jesus Christ; this commitment to Jesus Christ built me strong in my faith in Him. God had put zeal in my heart to read and reflect on His and I felt that I have to learn more words of God. God opened the door for me and I went to the Theological seminary to learn more words of God. So I went to Theological Seminary through my uncle Rev, pastor Prem Tamang. He always encouraged me from the word of God as a result I have finished 3-year Theological seminary in Nepal. Now I am ministering in Mulpani church under the living Hope church. as I am leading Sunday school service, worship service, youth

Fellowship and prayer time and house fellowship. I received a call from God to service Him faithfully in His ministry. I have committed my life to the full ministry of His kingdom.
