My name is Prakash Tamang. I was born in Deurali VDC of Sindupalchok, Nepal. At about the age of 8, my mother heard about Jesus. Because of that, my mother became very sick when she visited my Unite (Elder sister of my Mom). At that time my auntie told my Mother that, if she believes in Jesus she can be healed. Then My mother agreed to pray for her healing and she got healed from sickness after my unit prayed for my mother. Then my mother asked my unit that my oldest son was also sick back at home, so if you pray for him he will be healed. Then my Unite suggested to my mother that there is a brother named Lal Bahadur who is a Christian, if you need prayer ask him and pray with him. After my mother came back home she did exactly what my auntie told her to do. After some days of prayer, my brother got healed and the whole house believed in Jesus. Then we started a church in our village. 

After a few days, the persecution started to come from the people in the village. Because of the persecution, many left the village and went to Gorkha District.  But our family stood formed in the persecution time even though 5 households were left out of 19 households. 

As I had been growing in the Lord through my parents, finally I came to know Jesus as my personal Lord and Savior by the time of teenager. And I prayed the prayer of Salvation believing Jesus as my personal Lord and Savior of my life. After that my walk in the Lord started to grow and I led the youth pastor and then went to the pastoral training in Kathmandu after my pastoral training we started a Church in Jorpati, Atarkhel in Kathmandu in 2007. The Church really grew smoothly and more than 160 people received Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior through the ministry we had. And now we are worshiping God among 45 people in one congregation. 

This Church is really in need of bible training. So I heard about JSN Bible School through my friend Joseph Thakuri. And I am very interested in running JSN B Bible School to equip our people. Please pray for us and provide us with the Bible School.
